You Have the
Power to Heal Yourself
Introducing the Pelvic Healing Circle
The Pelvic Healing Circle is more than a membership—it’s a transformational experience created by Laura Haraka, SEP, for anyone navigating pelvic pain and seeking lasting healing. This is your space to finally feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Inside the Circle, you’ll learn how to:
🌿 Master mind-body practices that help rewire your brain’s pain pathways and shift the fear-pain cycle. These are the same evidence-based tools that helped Laura—and hundreds of others—find freedom from chronic symptoms. They're not just ideas—they’re powerful practices you’ll learn to live.
💨 Experience guided breathwork in our live calls to regulate your nervous system, reconnect to your body, and release tension. Each session is designed to help you move stuck energy, process emotion gently, and tap into your body’s innate intelligence.
🌀 Use somatic tools that get to the root of the pain—not just the symptoms. These gentle but profound practices support nervous system safety, emotional release, and reconnection with your body’s signals—all without force or fear.
This isn’t something you have to figure out alone. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive, compassionate community that understands the journey and walks it with you.
✨ Come as you are. Leave with tools, confidence, and a circle that holds you.
Life revolves around pain: Long-distance travel and social outings are avoided due to discomfort and fear of public pain episodes.
Isolation from loved ones: Spending time with family and friends feels overwhelming, and explaining your condition takes energy you don’t have.
Healthcare becomes your social circle: You see doctors, therapists, and specialists more than your friends or family.
Strained intimacy: Feelings of guilt and shame affect your relationship with your partner, especially regarding intimacy.
Living in survival mode: Energy, motivation, and focus are lacking, impacting your work, home life, and personal potential
Cognitive struggles: Brain fog, distraction, and fatigue have become part of daily life.
If this sounds like you, you do not have to suffer with chronic pelvic pain anymore. Join the Pelvic Healing Circle to learn tools to a chronic pain free life.
Does this sound like you:
It’s Time to Reclaim Your Power
You don’t have to walk this journey alone—we walk it together.
The Pelvic Healing Circle is a transformational group coaching membership and circle of support designed to help you heal chronic pelvic pain while stepping into the most empowered version of yourself.
Through three live zoom calls each week, you’ll receive somatic and mind-body teachings, direct coaching, and a space to share, connect, and grow. These calls are also recorded for you to have replay access at a moments notice whenever you need it. Together, we shift the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that keep you stuck—so you can build a new, more trusting relationship with your body, your nervous system, and your life.
This is your invitation to heal, transform, and rise—surrounded by a community that truly gets it.

Meet Your Facilitator
Laura Haraka, SEP, MA
Founder of Feel to Heal Wellness
Hi, I’m Laura—a mother of two, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and certified mind-body coach. But before all of that, I was a woman living with chronic pain—until I found healing through the very tools I now teach.
After my recovery, I felt deeply called to help others find their way back to trust, safety, and vitality in their bodies.
Through practices like somatic work, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, I support women and men in transforming chronic symptoms into growth, clarity, and lasting relief. Whether I’m leading workshops or one-on-one sessions, my mission is the same: to bridge the gap between mind and body—and help people remember their power to heal.
