My name is Laura Haraka, and Iām not only a mother of two amazing daughters, but also a woman who has walked the difficult path of chronic pain and found healing through mind- body tools. After recovering from chronic pain I wanted to help others find a path to healing.
I am a certified mind-body practitioner, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and well-being. I now help women and men transform their lives and live a life free of chronic symptoms. As the owner of Feel to Heal Wellness I now help women and men transform their lives and live a life free of chronic symptoms.
Through transformative practices like somatic experiencing and breathwork, I empowers individuals to find balance and joy. From leading collaborative wellness events to cultivating patience as a tool for healing, her mission is to bridge the gap between mind and body, fostering growth and connection.
