I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw on an integrated toolkit of mind-body practices to help you reconnect with safety, trust, and resilience in your body.

In our sessions, we may work with:

  • Somatic Experiencing® – gently resolving stored survival stress in the nervous system

  • Breathwork – regulating your body, releasing tension, and creating spaciousness

  • Pain Reprocessing and Neuroplasticity Tools – retraining the brain’s response to chronic symptoms

  • Mind-Body Coaching – shifting patterns of fear, overthinking, and self-criticism into self-compassion

  • Embodiment Practices – grounding, orienting, and reconnecting to your body’s innate wisdom

Each session is collaborative and paced to your needs. My role is to guide you with compassion, curiosity, and clarity as you learn practical tools you can carry into your daily life.
