If you can relax your jaw, you can relax your pelvis.

Many of my clients have different types of pelvic pain issues. The similarities in the anatomy of the pelvis and the jaw is remarkable. The jaw and the pelvis are physiologically connected and the alignment and relaxation of each deeply affects the other. There is the fascial line that connects the pelvis to the jaw. So make a conscious effort to relax your jaw and the pelvis will follow.
