Nothing to fix

One of the mistakes people make in healing is trying to constantly "fix" their symptoms. This can actually be counter-productive and can keep the symptoms reinforced. There is nothing wrong with your body. We need to shift our focus from the physical to the psychological, giving more energy into finding joy and calming the nervous system. When we are constantly trying to fix, we are still focusing on our symptoms which makes them persist.
